Return Policy

At Nordwood Dom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Free Returns

• Returns within 30 days are completely free.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Accessories, manuals, or freebies included with your order must also be returned.

2. How to Return

• Log in to your account or use the order link in your confirmation email to initiate a return.
• Follow the instructions to print a return shipping label.
• Pack your item securely and ship it back using the provided label.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
• Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Exceptions

• Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
• Sale items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
